About JB Build LLC

Justin Bailey has been around construction since he was old enough to help build his father's house, fences, decks and any other projects his neighbors needed help with.   After High school Justin enlisted in the Marine Corps as an airframe mechanic. His knack for learning quickly and troubleshooting problems was highly valued by those he worked with. It was no surprise that Justin the systems and processes he learned also applied to business in major ways. Each business venture has added to his “tool belt” in a sense.   The biggest step he took toward the path of constructing homes was selling them when Justin obtained his real estate license in 2018 where he took off quickly and even began his own brokerage 2020. Through each of these ventures, he learned tenacity and what it takes to see something to the finish line.   In 2023, Justin took another leap of faith and obtained his home builders license. He and his wife Heather Bailey and began focusing on the groundwork for his construction business founding JB Build LLC in 2024. Since then it has been second nature and has made him come alive enjoying going to work everyday, thriving on the challenges and overcoming obstacles that happen with home building. ​ ​
