Begins with meeting our Justin Bailey through an introductory meeting. Project goals are established. Then, budget alignment is tested through a feasibility study or high-level estimate before moving into a formal agreement.

Covers all the planning leading up to the start of construction. Our pre-construction team acts as a resource to clients and design professionals by providing constructability feedback, progress estimates, and coordination assistance. As we work in tandem, we lay the groundwork for a smooth and efficient construction project. Our goal is to be brought into the team as early as possible.

Focuses on execution. Our process involves schedule management, budget tracking, quality control, and coordination with trusted trade partners, with consistent communication along the way.

Ensures the project is complete and supported. Along with commissioning and a structured warranty program, we provide ongoing maintenance and repair support for the life of the home.
